Having good lesson plans is key to classroom management. A
good lesson plan is well-prepared, interesting, relevant, age-appropriate, and
engaging. The lesson aligns with state standards and uses a variety of
instructional techniques. It will build upon previously learned concepts, is
content driven, includes multi-disciplinary content, builds critical thinking
skills, and provides students with active learning opportunities.
